There are a lot of resources out there dealing with mental health and mental illness.  The following list is a sample of some of these.  This is definitely not a complete list.  If you know of other helpful resources, please let us know in the comments!

Teens can connect to us online privately from home to avoid stigma or embarrassment of speaking to someone at school. To receive these services, you need to have a computer or laptop less than 4 years old, webcam, and high-speed Internet, and a parent's permission. To schedule an appointment, call (866) 740-6502
